About 3 years ago our clients asked us to add business, operations, and confidential executive searches to our menu of services.

We have added an international twist to our services by opening an operations center in Medellin, Colombia. Our team of recruiters, whom we have personally trained, have access to the same tools as our US-based competitors and HR Directors. TechMate takes pride in providing education and career opportunities for hungry, talented young professionals in this growing metropolitan city. What is so nice about Medellin is that we sync up nicely with US working hours. So no more nightly or early morning meeting calls!
