TechMate works on contingency - *we only bill you when we fill your positions. Our fee structure is generally much lower in the recruiting marketplace, and we are also able to build custom billing solutions for our clients. *Our confidential executive searches have a small fee attached to them because we assign the highest level person to exclusively work on this opening until filled.
